Trampolines are popular device use by adults or even kids for family bonding or even for the sake of daily exercise. Trampolines are one of many ways to keep you fit while you having fun through cardiovascular exercises. It comes in many shapes but the most popular is the circle, rectangular, and square. The round one are the most easily to use for the beginners and the rectangular are said to be for acrobats and athletes use only. Trampoline is a gymnastic device that made of taut and fabric stretched with a steel frame using coiled springs to provide a rebounding force for the athletes jumps high into the air. Trampolining is a kind of sport that the athletes or gymnast perform acrobatics while bouncing using a trampoline. This sport may be for fun but it is also unsafe to play tricks as what acrobats done on air. Accidents are always happens at home when everyone plays the tricks unsafely without having trained. Benefits of trampolining: • Jumping can strengthen the body muscles and body joints. • It develops your body to maintain balance and fitness. • It improves the movement of the body and it takes away from the risk having arthritis. • It helps to reduce the levels of cholesterol. • It increases strength and oxygen level in the body. • It helps you to maintain your body weight and lessens obesity. • It increases metabolism of the body so it will burn the body fats and convert it into waste. Trampoline rebounding is fun and it can be done anywhere you want and any time you want to play with this. I conclude that this sport contributes a lot to our health because of many health benefits it offers. We can’t ignore the fact that it is unsafe for beginners or for kids who done what we done and it may cause them to injuries. Rebounding is everybody’s sport because you don’t actually need to do anything except to jump and rebound yourself.
